Minutes of the meeting held on Friday 18th January 2019

Present : Titouan, Estelle, Loriane, Victoria, Ombeline, Garance, Thiago, Ms. Puertas, Mr. Nettleship

> A number of 3e pupils want to come to a MUC meeting: we voted to invite them to the MUC committee meeting next Friday; we will suggest to them that they take part in a project.

> A picture speaks a 1000 words project: participants must send their photos before the end of the week before the "portes ouvertes".

> Cartoon competition: thank you for all the goodies donated by the book stores! We’ll choose the prizes of the competition and keep the rest for other competitions.

> "Portes ouvertes" on 9th Februrary: the MUC stand will be in the foyer lycée. We will organize our picnic + drawing competition jury and prize-giving ceremony at 13:00 (PN invites M. Dhumes and suggests a workshop in the morning to him).

> Speak Out!: will be cancelled if there is no fourth school taking part. Victoria will contact Godefroy’s theater teacher. Loriane will get in touch with former participants.
